Website Builder (CMS)

Pages, blocks, forms, blog, themes and the Design Studio.

Overview

The CMS builds public websites from a block-based page builder: rows, columns and 40+ element types, versioned bilingual pages, headers and footers, menus, a form builder wired to CRM and Tickets, a blog, and a Design Studio of themes and tokens. This Help Center is itself a CMS website.

Key features

Page builder

Rows, columns and 40+ blocks with per-node styling.

Form builder

Build forms and route submissions to CRM or Tickets.

Design Studio

Themes and design tokens for on-brand, per-site styling.

How to use it

1. Create a website & pages
Spin up a site with versioned, bilingual pages — each with its own header and footer chrome.
2. Build with blocks
Compose pages from rows, columns and 40+ element types, styling each node individually.
3. Add forms
Use the form builder and route each submission to CRM or to the Tickets desk.
4. Brand it
Apply Design Studio themes and per-site design tokens so every site is on-brand.

Roles & permissions

CMS permissions govern sites, pages and forms; custom HTML is permission-gated. Public pages render through the catch-all renderer with header/footer chrome — this very Help Center is a CMS site.

Questions about this module

Can I build a full public website?
Yes — pages render publicly through the CMS renderer, like this Help Center.
How do form submissions reach CRM or Tickets?
Via the built-in form → CRM and form → Ticket integrations you map per form.
Can I theme each site separately?
Yes — Design Studio themes plus per-site design tokens control the look.
