Playground
Zones, attractions, QR tickets and entertainment POS.
Overview
Playground manages entertainment venues: define zones and attractions, sell QR-coded tickets, and take payments through a dedicated POS with phone capture. It reuses the core inventory and accounting engines so revenue and stock stay accurate.
Key features
Zones & attractions
Model your venue as zones and ticketed attractions.
QR tickets
Sell and validate QR-coded entry tickets.
POS
A dedicated register with phone-number capture.
How to use it
1. Model your venue
Define your zones and the ticketed attractions guests can enter.
2. Sell QR tickets
Sell QR-coded entry tickets and validate them at the gate.
3. Take payment
A dedicated register captures the guest’s phone number and takes payment.
4. Reconcile
Revenue and stock post through the core Accounting and Inventory engines, just like the rest of the system.
Roles & permissions
Playground permissions govern zones, attractions and the register; it reuses the core inventory and accounting engines so nothing is off-ledger. (Note: x-show-hidden fields still POST — keep that in mind when configuring forms.)
